I Had No Idea

Baking has always been a beloved tradition in our family, especially when it comes to my nana’s delicious cookies. Recently, however, she made a batch that made me raise an eyebrow. While preparing for a party, Nana reached into the cupboard and pulled out a bag of flour that she later mentioned was three years old. This brought up a burning question:

How long does flour actually last? And should we be using flour that has been sitting around for that long?
